I just wanted as blackberry cell phone .instead of getting via us ebay I thought I will order in india.
My bad days started from then .i ordered a pearl handset.
FIRST PAIN: THEY SHARE YOUR PHONE NUMBER TO 10000 SITES, you will get 1000 sms and marketing calls everyday!
Day 7 after shopping:
Sent emails to them:’ what happened .’
Person from DnY: ’Sir it will be in your hands in 7 working days, we are stock taking’
Day 15:
DnY Lady:’ picks the call and tells me to wait’ . then(ater the frauds made a story)
"sir we have shipped hand sets last sunday .it will reach soon"
Me: "Can I get tracking number"
DnY LADY: "There is a system issue so I cant give you"
>>>DnY peope NEVER call or send email regarding order status
Looks like bunch of people running the site from home, cuts costs<<>>."
FINAL STATUS: 12FEB: Until today they have been holding my money
w/o any reply to emails
Those will not save them for long .I will take all steps to ground fraud companies like these.
