I am based out of South Africa for the last 5 years. I recently purchased a flat in Delhi and applied for a home loan for the same. The loan was rejected due to CIBIL Issues. I searched the internet and found Debt Doctor in Bangalore and enrolled for their service in Feb 2013.
They obtained my CIBIL report and found the problem , the problem was an unpaid card from SCB which I had taken in 2003. Nasir from Debt Doctor was my SPOC and he helped me to negotiate and close the account in Feb and provided me the closure letter along with the NDC.
Now I took a new CIBIl report and saw was surprised to see my score going up by 80 points to 760. Also good news is HDFC has approved my loan now. Cheers to Debt Doctor and thanks to Nasir in particular.
