I wanted to improve my CIBIL scores hence reached out to Debtdoctor who agreed to help and have my scores improved.
But the experience which I have is very bad, I registered for the service in mid 2013, post which I had to keep calling to find the status and then I myself had to provide the CIBIL report post which after multiple follow-ups, they had negotiated an amount for one of my old pending loan accounts and provided me a contact, I had to call up the person ask for the details go and make the payment. I then informed Debtdoctor of the same, and post which there has been no action, Lately I took a latest CIBIL report and find that the account has not been settled and the bank is still reporting me as a defaulter, so I am calling Debtdoctor to check what has been done and I do’t seem to get a proper response. I have called them multiple times and the person picking up the phone just mentions that the information will be passed on to the respective person and I would get a call back. But unfortunately I don’t receive any calls.
Hope this website helps others from getting into this trap and paying a huge amount for the service hoping their issues would be resolved.
I wish I get back the amount which I have paid so far and would not like to go ahead with the service
