Please do not buy the egift card offered by decathlon via nearby.com. These guys DO NOT let the card be reused or refund any additional money left in the card. It’s a big time loss for consumers especially if it has been a gift to someone. This has happened to me on 17th July 2021. It was an egift card of INR 2000 given to a friend for his birthday. At the time of redemption of this card he unfortunately purchased product worth INR 1000 only. Now even after repeated requests Nearbuy.com is NOT letting us reuse the card nor refunding my remaining amount. Their answer (representative Abhishek Sharma from Customer Service) is saying that the partner i.e. Decathlon will not allow us to reuse nor will they refund the amount. This is a very good way for decathalon and nearby.com to usurp unassuming consumer’s money.
