Don’t bother with online store. There is nothing to add further. Very bad customer service. they promised me that they would get in touch with the Delhivery guys regarding my order, and there was no update for 4 hours. I called them back - they are happy to either let me cancel the order or get the feedback from the courier guys as to where my parcel is. This is all I got from them. Big corporates, no issues in losing a customer. Online ordering service is like that.
