I am writing this feedback with immense of try and co-ordinate with Decathalon support. I bought a cycle 1 sep 2021 but the height of the cycle is not up to the mark according to my height so I have put a return request on the 1st of oct but no one came to pick up my cycle. After 10 days I contacted support by an email they make sure the pick-up will be arranged within 3, 4 working days but as usual, this is just a lingering hope. After again contacting them they do the same thing. Now the most amazing thing is that the Decathlon employees have an AI system installed in their brains. They want me to click photos and send them. There was dust on the cycle as I am not using it so I send it like that but they and their great vision identify that the cycle is used by photos. I am amazed by their skills. OMG, this is insane. How does someone reject a thing on the photo without physical examination? So literally I can see their intention and approach with their customer. This is my 1st and last buying with them. I strongly do not recommend decathlon.
