They are building the trust. Points which I loved about decathalon:
1) For each sport they have kept a specialised person .
2) All salesman are very well trained and they advise in a profesaional way
3) Each and very product gaurantees quality and if you are not happy with the product you can return it also , there will be no questions asked.
3) I have broken a badminton racket of worth 4999 while playing and when I reported it to them they have replaced it without charging me anything.
