I, Subhrapratim Dutta, got a 6 month subscription of Deccan Chronicle for Rs.250.00 and the delivery of the paper was supposed to start on August 21, 2014. My order no. is 61511 and cell no is 8897538053. I did not received the paper. Hence I called up the marketing team of the Vizag unit of Deccan Chronicle. I requested them to start the supply as soon as possible.
On August 26th and 27th, I got the papers and August 28 onward the supply stopped and today is September 5, 2014 and the regular supply of the paper is available. I wish to draw your serious attention to this matter to get the matter resolved as soon as possible otherwise I have to take some serious action about it and I will get this published in some other newspaper to get this thing.
I have got a feeling that I am being cheated by you people and here onward I have to rethink about subscribing this news paper again. I contacted Ramanna Murthy and B Ramu about it and they are least bothered about it. As I do not know Telegu, they are not speaking to me even. I am being cheated by this company.
