My experience with Decorpot(Project No: PN-3412) has been marred by their failure to fulfill their commitments, specifically regarding a referral amount they promised but never delivered to me for 3412.
This is so shameful that the customer has reminded so many times to pay the referral bonus however they stopped replying emails.
Decorpot’s always ask to pay first policy and even they take 100% amount before delivering 1 piece of furniture on site. I cannot recommend Decorpot to others seeking interior design services.
Despite assurances and agreements made regarding the referral incentive, Decorpot failed to uphold their end of the deal. Not only did they neglect to fulfill their financial obligation, but they also demonstrated a lack of accountability and responsiveness when questioned about it.
This disregard for their promises and their customers’ expectations is deeply concerning and indicative of a company that values profit over integrity. It’s disappointing to see a business prioritize short-term gains over long-term relationships and reputation.
As a result of this experience, I cannot recommend Decorpot to others seeking interior design services. Potential customers should be cautious when dealing with a company that fails to honor its commitments and lacks transparency in its dealings.
