Designers are in-competent, lethargic and un-professional, un-qualified, lack of information.
I have booked home interior from DecorPot. Once I have made the payment. things have changed drastically, managers don’t answer call, designers will delay like days even for a minimalistic changes. Due to this very slow response, one will be frustrated to go with whatever is available due to long delays.
Its have been months my design is not finalized. They will dictate terms once the payment is made. They will make you pay even more once the 50% of the payment is done. Customers hands will be tied.
