This is a long pending review on so-called construction company(Not really a company) Deejos. First thing first - if you are really looking for quality home construction with your hard-earned money then my advise please move on from here. I would say run away from them. I had worst experience where I’ve invested my life time earnings by believing in them besides previous negative reviews but I ended up being dejected with poor quality construction. And incomplete and handover never took place. As expected they asked to pay the amount which is incurred by the negligence which I refused to pay. I was waiting for a year to see the quality, as expected, there were cracks all over each and every wall. My second-floor ceiling started leaking for this monsoon rain.
PEACE WILL BE GONE AFTER SIGNING THE CONTRACT AND PAYMENT OF 2-3-TERM PAYMENT.
Few facts:
1. Design will be done by incompetent and negligible and super attitude staff, in my case Asleen where she placed the hanging hooks at the entrance close to the wall. This is an example. There is lot more.
2. Pathetic so called manager(s), who only just build and fix things just by their mouth. In this case Sundar. All their attitude will be good till signing the contract and for first 4 to 6 months. Then they will start showing their true Identity.
3. The so called site engineers will do exactly opposite to the plan. Some of them are mostly pawn of the office and some of them play the dirty game as per their office instructions. Most of the materials will be purchased at the nearby hardware shops whenever required.
4. All the promised material, brands were never used. They push and push and push to the edge of the frustration and will make us to select pathetic design.
5. It took close to 2 years to complete a simple project thanks to Corona which they use as reason but they also shamelessly lie about the payment delays. Mine is loan driven so the bank releases the next installement only when they complete the scheduled phase.
6. They will also play even dirtier by sending legal notices and emotionally try to make customer stressful. And also sending gundas which they have to home and threaten women at home.
7. Some of the customers came out and posted reviews but some of them mostly don’t because they do not want to admit they have chosen a dirty reckless, soulless, heartless company. And they don’t want to share or admit they had a bad home.
8. You can question me how they have such good rating. For each one star they post 10 to 15 positive reviews. Which makes them a twinkling stars for review. Most of the 4, 5 stars are fake.
9. I invited the so called directors or executives to visit and check the quality of the building they constructed. Which they never showed up.
10. They still have projects and people mass which they show case which is pure marketing tactics. And do think that’s all the customer’s money.
I post this review with one good intention for the people not to loose their hard earned money. You know what I mean here.

There is a lot to say but neverthless I cannot control or stop the evil doing of this company in which I believe with my heart strongly.
In my term: Deejos = lies = dishonestly = zero negative quality .
PS: Those who will be replying to this review (mostly managing directors), atleast have a guts to visit the site. Which I requested Thousand times which you never did. Please don’t have an ego of the title you have, which I believe the reason you didn’t visit. Your company exist because of the customers. Remember.
