While I admitted my wife for treatment recently, I experienced the following.
They have very poor kind of security . no intelligence.Troubling to all innocent patients and their relatives . Just like "Saap Saap mhanun bhui dhopatne". Nobody responsible person is there to sort out problems of the people refused to enter in. The PASS system for patients is JOKING & insulting for people entering in. The uneducated, uncultured security BOUNCERS(?) threaten the innocent people for PASS in their way. While in early morning, no security person is standing at the entering corridor but just forth looking from remote to the people entering in!
They must find such a system if they have some sense, which will not harass the innocent & already troubled patients and their relatives.
No staff is proactive. Also they try to cheat in bills. You must check bills vigorously.
Their charges for mediclaim policy holders are different than normal [:) ] very much higher.
The visiting doctors only look at their money [ Chhapkhana} and not care about patients status.
All the staff is either neglecting or working under some unknown pressure.
Room charges are comparable, but not justifying.
They have lost their early days destination of caring people and just now running only after money.
Yes but U can casually visit to their canteen for tasty food & good service!:):) Only the thing I really thank them is, I seen & said a hello to my godess singer Asha Bhonsale while discharged from hospital.
