Deep Travels bus GJ21W3333
My journey today from Ahmedabad to Indore(on 24th Aug 2018)
Firstly the text message came as the track you bus GJ21W4444, and when the actual bus arrived it was GJ21W3333.
The condition of the bus was pathetic full ’khatara’, Name sake AC sleeper bus, where Windows were open, worse air suspension, noisy, all stinky from inside. Can you believe it? I mean how a bus operator can do this. If you are a businessman, behave like one. Don’t be a cheater at least. This journey cost me Rs 1500 which is 2.5 times of normal fare because of Rakhi festival.
It was a feeling like a bus was kept in the garage for a few years, then suddenly they decided to drive it as suddenly the demand came. After a conversation with the cleaner/conductor, this thought came out to be a true incident. Damn, I was scared. Rating for this would be 5 negative.
There was no place where the driver was not stopping the bus and taking passengers in. My pick up time was 08:15 PM from Paldi Ahmedabad and the bus reached Indore at 8 AM. 12 hrs. huh.it was like a local passenger train with 25 stations in between. The saddest part of the story I have already booked a return journey from the same bus operator.
This kinda bus operator must be sued and heavily penalized. I booked the tickets from goibibo website so goibibo can de-register them, or it will be seen a goibibo is of the same cadre, who doesn’t care about its reputation. I am going to furnish a complaint about such kind of behavior.
