I personal experience with Dheeshe is very bad. I bought Elica model first 2 yesrs ago, It stoped working within less than 1year . Then I got it exchanged by paying extra amount with a Dyna model. Still now with in 1 year it got major problems 2 times. Service at Bangalore is too poor.
They will take your chimney for repair, telling they will return it within 1 week. They will never do so, and after many many follow up , you may get it back after 1 month. Currently they have taken mine, as motor not working properly, I am tring hard to get it back. It’s motor gets off after evey 3-5 mints. The speed do not change with buttons.
I think I have done bigest mistake buying this Dheeshe Chimney.I do not know, if it’s a problem with bangalore branch or overall Dheeshe is like that !!Please never buy a Dheeshe Chimney.
