The movie Deeware directed by Milan Luthria and Produced by Vinod Doshi. Starring Amitabh Bachchan, Akshaya Khanna, Sanjay Dutt, Tanuja and Amrita Rao. This film was well directed and produce it one the best acton made in 2004. The film had good story line too about Hindustan and Pakistani although they have made many film like this i.e Main hai Na, Lukhaya and others. But all film has different story i.e Main hai na was trying get India and Pakistani become friends, Im not too sure what Lukhaya was about as I haven’t seen as I would love see as it got my favorite actress Preety Zinta but anyway this review about Deeware and not Lukhay so ill carry on with my review.
The story about Major Ranvir Kaul [Amitabh Bachchan] who has been in Pakistani prison for 33 years along with other army offices. In mean well his wife [Tanuja] and son Gaurvar [Akshaya Khanna] is back in india who have been waiting for him to come back home. Major Ranvir wife and the other army officers wife’s try to get help form the government to bring there husbands back home where they belong. However they have no luck, Major Ranvir son Gaurvar tell his mother that she wasting her time as they don’t know if he is alive or not.
In the mean time Major Ranvir send one his men to go india give massage to his family that he is alive and he need help from government to get him & men out the Pakistani prison. However on the way of escaping from the Pakistani police he get shoot but before he die he massage get see indian man who takes his massage to Major Ranvir wife. When she get the massage she decided to tell the goveremnt but they no help. When Gaurvar here this he decided to go to Pakistani and get the his father Manor Ranvir and his men back where they belong. So he manage to into Pakistani and meet the India man who send massage to India, he however give him a place stay and tell to act normal and not to act suspicious as his family will get chocked out the country by the Pakistani police, Gaurvar take that in account.....He goes to such for his father and the story continues when watch the Deeware [Bring hero’s home] movie.
I really love the movie because I thought Amitabh Bachchan performance was excellent as he still has the touch he had 25 years ago when he started up. I have been a be fun off Amitjii since the 70’s, I also thought Akshaya Khanna acting has been improve since Humraaz and he has come along in his career. I love Sanjay Dutt acting he is right comedian, I love his movie Munnbhai M.B.B.S. I would really recommend this movie to watch.....
