I have ordered Micromax phone (Order #100012359: Invoice 100004107). Initially they promised they will send product with 4-5 working days. But for a month they didn’t do that that they don’t even have product. Meaning they are selling something on discounts which they don’t even have. They are CLEARLY ONE OF THE BIGGEST ONLINE SCAMS. They are fooling people and stealing their hard earned money. This is why they don’t provide cash on delivery option.
Once I realised this I asked them to cancel the product but they didn’t do that but they were either not reply to my request or giving me excuses every time.
Finally after long time they cancelled it but they are not returning money. Its mentioned on their website that "Dejavutrends.com will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order, so cancelled, is intimated within appropriate time to the concerned person and any applicable refund, will be made in reasonable time(within 10 days)."
But they still tell 14 days time to refund. And later they made it 15. Still they don’t return the money after a month.
Its easier to reach PM of the country but not them. Most of the times their only contact number is also not working or has been disconnected or else it keeps on ringing. If its your lucky day you might get calls picked up. Now you will get only those answers which they have crammed. If you want to talk to their senior he will be always out or on tea break. They might keep you on hold for half an hour.
They generally don’t answer mail. In fact at times I had to send reminders over reminders to get a reply. Even If I get the reply its just copy pasted lines, they hardly even take an effort to write even a mail. Hence You don’t get any answer of what you asked.
FAKE ADDRESS GIVEN ON WEBSITE AND MAILS. People have reached that place and found that its already been left 6 months ago. This is to save them from frustrated customer coming to then to get their money back.
The owner of company Dr. Kaustubh Chokshi was associated with a major fraud in 2010 and he was arrested in that connection as well, for duping 1000 investors 3.14 crore rupees. So this is not his first time

They had a facebook page where they used to post new sales, products etc. Unsatisfied customers used to post their complains their. They even delete their complains . but as number of unsatisfied customers have increased this page went beyond their control so they closed their page. So they deleted the page itself.
They are not even scared of threats of police complaints or consumer court because people are trying individually. We should all unite and fight against them. They are fooling almost 200 customers daily. (Calculated according to order number data I revived from other buyers). Few even few of us unite we can get the refund. We should not only fight for out refund but also as for compensation for delay in sending the product / refund and Mental torture cause to us because we were punished for paying them.
