I was also a victim of these flocks and was being mentally harassed since 23.3.2014.
I lodged complaints with EBS and HDFC for charge back. HDFC accepted the charge back and refunded whole amount today.

I request all to file the complaints with the EBS and also to the banks and send them necessary details they ask.
These cheap people must be ashamed on themselves and are simply exploring one mean or the other to exploit innocent people as consumers lack awareness and got struck in such pathetic persons cheap offers.
Lets join hands other and kick off these fraudsters and cheaters so hard that they must regret on what they are doing and dont value any consumers time, money and efforts.
