I bought a LAPTOP from this E-commerce company in 2015. I paid 22000INR for HP celeron based entry level laptop.
The delivery date was within a week of purchase.
But even after a week when I didn’t get my laptop delivered, I called them up and asked about the issue, they told that they will ship it next day and due to a lot of orders, they are delaying the shipments.
Two weeks passed, I started to get nervous since they stopped entertaining me and started to make excuse such as we don’t have stock and so it will be delayed little more.
I asked them to refund money, then they told according to terms and conditions, you will only get approx 80% of refund.
So I waited.
All of a sudden, their customer care number became unavailable. I went to Mumbai to see its delivery office. I even filed a case in consumer court against this website. Its headquarters are present in Delhi and upon verification it was found that nothing was there at that location.
They looted many more people like me, It was a total fraud company.
