First of all I made a pre sales inquiry by submitting a ticket on their website

I simply asked whether this product is available with them or not so that I can place an order. Their rep Abdul didnt understand my simple English and responded me blank and other answers.
Before making this pre sales inquiry and I literally called their support number 180030001177 and 092 number and no one bother to pick up the call after 100 calls. Hence I submitted the ticket. The response was awful.
The next day I called and I got Heena after her assurance I placed an order for HP Envy Laptop and made a payment of 65, 539 but their pathetic shopping card kicked me out after accepting the payment. The nightmare started ever since.
Their cheap and pathetic customer service reps named David/Dawood, Abu, PRANALI AND HER SO CALLED FAKE SUPERVISOR ROHAN, (hardly had a call manner) it seems that they have graduated and hold a master degree in apathy, rudeness.
The worst customer service reps. showing attitude as if they are prince and queen of an empire. Ill mannered and other thousands of negative adjectives would put extra feathers in their crown.
My payment is still not traceable and the worst thing is that their customer service and support line. Hence you are advised not to shop with dejavutrends.com and if dont want to have the biggest pain. Shopping with dejavutrends.com means inviting piles problem.
If anyone needs any clarification or fact finding tips, post here I would spare at least few minutes to respond. Dejavutrends sucks the customers. Beware of imminent fraud/scam.
