I purchased Nokia Lumia 525 (Black) from dejavutrends.com on 24/02/2014. I had been promised delivery in 4-5 days, which later was postponed by the Customer Care people to the next week. Now there is no response on the helpline number they provided, email queries to support@dejavutrends.com are auto generated. As of today, 11/03/2014 there is no sign of the product, no refund or any response by the website. I fear I have been robbed off.
They are not replying to requests for refund, demands for information or mails seeking an explanation.
Their website should be shut down before it sucks more money and blood from unsuspecting customers.
