My experience has been a horrible one.


I have booked for Grand & 32 SD card on the 2nd of Jan, As on date I have not received the handset, I have been calling up with the toll free number and email, for the first two days I got the reply after that there is silence.


Have written to the bank to reverse the charge on the card as the product is not delivered. Lousy guys to do business. Go at your risk and best to deal with them would be cash on delivery.


for all those who are writing a message to me of receiving the item on time


update: Response from the bank


This is with reference to your e-mail dated January 15, 2014 pertaining to your card ending XXXX.


Based on your representation, we have provisionally credited your card account with Rs. 15, 746.11  towards the below mentioned transaction.

None of your number has response


I tried calling on toll free, No response


I tried calling on  02233677208 no response


I tried calling on 09022854455, engaged for a long time.


and to top it all, you guys are keeping quite on mails.( this was not the case earlier) so all the more strong case that you guys are not responding to my mails now because I have asked for the refund.


pls respond before I take it up with card issuer and consumer court, your time is running out

There are two fulfillment centers. A’bad and B’bay. Sir, I do agree, we didn’t satify you, but there was some backlog built up. We have managed to clear the same and very sure after thursday all our backlog will be cleared.
