I booked a product(Nokia Lumia 525) order no:100008489 from dejavutrends.com on 12/02/2014. They said it will take 4-5 days for shipment but I did not receive the item till today i.e, 19/02/2014 and now when I called them, they said it will take more 3-4 days. and the worst customer care experience too. They are very rash and don’t even want to listen to us. Only for dejavutrends, Saturday is also not a working day. Every day I call them regarding the same thing but they don’t respond also.
They even say that they will call us after sometime but that never happens. They have 180030001177 as customer care number but when we call that number, nobody lifts call and even if they left calls they give us another number. Too frustrating. They don’t even let us cancel the order.
Worst and worst is the only review here.
