Feedback for DSIM

This is feedback for DSIM, where worked from May 2018 - October 2019.

1.DSIM as a Business in Educational Domain.

2.The process and management of DSIM ( which exist and function in a very poor and dull way).

3.Trainer Experience.

1.DSIM as a business in the educational    still a wonder what was the training provided on what modules during that year because the modules from 2018-2020 were basics(not in-depth), unstructured and undocumented which deteriorated the quality. The only advantage DSIM has as a business is there was less competition during initially when it started not because others didn’t have knowledge or experience but because digital marketing was just booming and professional people were trying to learn at workplaces during that time rather educating others. Hence, this shows the incompetency of DSIM and giving basic knowledge, which seems outdated.

2.The process and Management of DSIM

Very poor. They hardly used any communication tools and software internally despite being in digital marketing.

There was a huge gap in internal communication. Emails were not replied on time. Few didn’t know how to write emails. Students were given some support number which was never ringing. Many students were disappointed with poor support from the management from the Delhi Branch( where this much-hyped institute was born. DSIM is a big failure with what I observed from students’ direct feedback.

3trainer Experience

There were few trainers who weren’t paid their salary while they exited. They didn’t pay me too. One of the trainers, with whom I spoke told me his 1.2L amount is pending ( salary + the incentives).

last month’s salary along with incentives ( approx 9months, since joined) is still not paid. Nobody communicated properly justifying the reason. Email communication was done by the Training and delivery head called Karan ( only sounds professional) who was the only one who used email there( others don’t even know), but he too knows the entire scenario couldn’t help. Classes were canceled many times for technical issues like no proper laptop, internet. It was extremely poor.experience. The founder of this hyped institute uses to create YouTube ads motivating youths with affiliate marketing, painting a picture of earning huge money.

OverallI’ still wondering did this institute started with good intentions of doing something valuable or just another business to only make money?

Strictly not recommended.
