I ordered a black forest cake & gifts. The gift got delivered but cake is not yet delivered to me. Yesterday I called your customer care number @12 AM to get the contact number of the delivery boy to ask the expected delivery time but the lady on phone said that "Sir we dont have his contact number he will be come for delivery before 8 oclock, I again called your customer care @ 7:00 PM to get the confirmation for the delivery of cake but still they did not have any clue. I waited whole day till 8 oclock as your delivery time is till 8 and then I left home for some important work. I got a call from delivery boy around 8.30 when I was driving so I could not pick up his call. 15 minutes later when I parked my car I called him and he replied that he already returned back from my place as he could not find my address. He also said that he delivered that cake to someone else.
Firstly your delivery guy did not deliver the cake on time and lateron when I requested to cancel the cake, your customer care "Puli" said that she wont cancel the order.
Such type of response from your delivery person/customer care is really horrible, irritating and not upto the mark. We expect high class, reputed and timely delivery from you. Request you to reimburse my money on an urgent basis and request you to look into your services to deliver in a better way next time.
