I had ordered flowers for my sister on 21/08/2012 for her birthday for same day delivery. the transaction went through but the flowers not delivered. Next day morning I saw an email from them saying that they could not deliver due to unavoidable circumstances. I started to follow up. Their customer care numbers don’t get through easily and you cannot check your status online.
After getting them through in the evening of 22/08/2012, I was informed that it can be delivered anytime before 8.00 pm. When I enquired will the person stay at home for 2 days waiting for your flowers to come. It was informed that the person will be contacted before delivery. Finally at 7.30 pm I called the customer care and I was informed the flowers have been delivered. When I cross checked with my sister she informed she is not at home and she did not receive any call whatsoever.
this was my first time and last time. The service is not at all customer friendly. they should instead shut the company. I wish I had read the reviews before choosing them.
Highly disappointed. Special day spoiled.
