I am feeling bad but to write the same story.I sent chocolates to someone very special on diwali, as site claimed same day delivery for diwali gifts.I choosen delhionlineflorists.com.place & gift was perfectly suitable to what that they claim to deliver same day.I was out of city having little time & so wasnt even able to read reviews about the particular site, that generally I used to do.later on I keep ringing their customer care. on next day the product was delivered .as I asked customer care that it is of no use if delivered after Diwali.
Although customer care was not able to tell me even after 3 days that gift is delivered.that was confirmed by the reciever.it might have happened coz of Diwali rush.
hope the quality of the product is same as displayed on website.
Although charges are really high.other merchants delivering the same product at almost half of the price.I chose this one coz they were delivering via courier.delivered after one day.although delhionlineflorists also delayed by one day.
I am satisfied .
