I am extremely disappointed and angry with the service I received. The package I sent was securely packed and taped, yet when it was delivered to me, it was completely ripped open on all sides. As a result, many small items likely fell out during transit, and my stationery and delicate models — which took a lot of time and effort to create — were damaged beyond repair.
This level of carelessness is unacceptable. I demand that you immediately locate and deliver all missing items and issue a full refund without any further delay. This experience has been frustrating and infuriating, and I will never be using this service again. I will also be leaving detailed feedback on Google and sharing this experience with my friends and contacts to ensure others are aware of the extremely poor handling and customer service.
Fix this immediately. I expect a resolution now
