One of the Worst Logistics Experiences I’ve Had Extremely Unprofessional & Unjustified Charges
I recently tried Delhivery for shipping a package(after regularly using other logistics services without any problems), and it turned out to be a complete disaster.
I had clearly scheduled a pickup of lightweight sunboards(each around 900 grams) with exact dimensions(H91 x B0.5 x W61 cm). Everything was correctly entered, and the system generated a fair chargewhich I paid.
But heres what happened next:
🔴 After pickup, they suddenly showed a negative balance of ₹;7, 500, blocked my deliveries, and refused to move the shipment until I paid extra.
🔴 No prior communication, no explanation, no verification of weight or size by the pickup person or at the godownjust random overcharging after pickup.
🔴 Their so-called support system is nonexistent. No proper way to raise a claim, no escalation contact, and no one takes accountability.
It felt more like a ransom situation than a professional serviceeither pay up or your goods stay stuck. Thats not how logistics is supposed to work.
I demand a refund of the ₹;7, 500 unfairly charged after pickup and expect accountability. This kind of arbitrary behavior is unacceptable and erodes trust completely.
Extremely disappointed. Never using Delhivery again unless this is resolved.
