I am writing this to express my absolute frustration and anger towards the utterly pathetic and unprofessional service provided by DELHIVERY courier service. This is by far the worst delivery experience I have ever had, and your companys sheer negligence and lack of responsibility are beyond unacceptable.
My package was scheduled to be delivered on 19th April 2025. Shockingly, for 2-3 days after it was out for delivery, your team did not even bother to initiate the delivery process. After several days of no updates, when the delivery was supposedly on its way, no one ever showed up at my address — and worse, your so-called customer complaint number never works. Every single time it shows an error or doesn’t connect. The delivery person’s contact number provided was also unreachable. On one occasion, when your service number miraculously connected, I was informed you dont have enough delivery personnel and was shamelessly asked to collect my parcel from your warehouse — which defeats the entire purpose of a courier service.
Frustrated, I raised a complaint via Twitter. Your social media team falsely promised that the package would be delivered. This cycle of lies and excuses went on for 6-7 days. Even after giving multiple deadlines, including one where you promised delivery by 8 PM, no one turned up. Instead, your team had the audacity to send the package back to the seller claiming I had refused to accept it — a blatant lie.
I paid additional charges for re-delivery. Shockingly, the exact same nonsense happened again. The delivery arrived at your hub on 3rd May 2025, and till 5th May, no attempt was made to deliver it. On the 5th, I got a message that delivery was attempted and was given a delivery person’s number which — surprise, surprise — was unreachable again. Later in the evening, when I tracked the package, it was falsely marked as "wrong address" — despite the fact that other courier services successfully deliver to the same address regularly. Not once did anyone from your incompetent team attempt to contact me to verify the address.
Now, once again, you are sending the package back, all while throwing baseless excuses and avoiding accountability. This level of negligence, irresponsibility, and customer harassment is utterly disgraceful.
I demand immediate action, a detailed explanation, and compensation for the time, effort, and money wasted due to your company’s appalling service. I am also forwarding this complaint to the consumer grievance forum and sharing it across social media platforms to expose your sham of a delivery service.
This is not just a complaint — it’s a warning. Get your act together.
