I had a product from portronics and they assigned this delivery service to reuturn the product back to them. The agent picked up my product and then said "customer was not available, pickup couldnt happen" when he had the product. I raised a complaint and they said the delivery agent was 400 meters away from my address that day. I got cctv proof of the agent and I asked around here and contacted all delhivery agent supervisors around here and they said yes it was their agent. But when I said all of this to customer care, the just said that my pcikup is closed, (which one of their agents closed it without my permission and said that I told them to close it), and nothing can be done about it. Its been more than a month and I still have no leads about it, they said their "security team" is looking into it and then "pickup is closed, nothing can be done" this cycle of these two emails have been continuously been sent to me so that I have hope and I dont report to the authorities about my address being misused. This is how they treat their customers.
