We faced issue with AWB number 4876010025115. Escalated the issue in ticket id J1731738228681384 on 16th Nov’24, and we told that the customer received the product, but Delhivery has marked it LOST, and till now we didnt reviewed the payment of the same.
Very very pathetic service by Delhivery, we dont recommend delhivery to anyone.
