Amazon has got really bad choices when it comes to select a delivery partner. Delhivery is one of the worst courier service providers specifically when it comes to heavy items. My product was scheduled to reach me on 9th November and today it is 20th November and the product is still not delivered. Their caller executives are also weird. I told them that the courieer boy talked rude to me and he said that I complained him that the delivery boy misbehaved with me. Don’t they know the difference between being rude and misbehaving with someone. Delhivery you are the worst in the industry and Amazon pls change your delivery partner, it is defaming your name!
