Never. once I received their products on time. to make the matter worse their delivery times are already worst in class. Few months ago Delhivery and India post were on equal footing. Since then India post improved and Delhivery detoriated. Sellers please for god’s sake to save 20 RS don’t put customers through hell. Realince digital, amazon 3rd party sellers all use this for saving 10-20rs. I mean WHY? Even the delivery guys leave the job because they face customer rage due to company fault and mis-management. Thats why every delivery comes a new guy calling hundred times because they can’t find a house. Some don’t even call and right away tells " customer rejected the order"
In my opinion the # best courier services in India are
1)DTDC
2)Ekart and Amazon delivery
3)Ecom Express.
These are slightly(10-20rs) costlier but blazing fast. From this corner to that corner of country will take max 5 Days even in Lockdown
