Hi! This is with regards to the Delhivery office located in Jorethang, Sikkim. Kindly just shut this office or whatsoever (is it even an office?) I wonder! Firstly, Nobody called me that my parcel has arrived, and at night sms is sent to me that they could not reach me or failed to deliver. Secondly, They don’t even deliver to our address (I wonder what’s the address we give for), Lastly, when we come to collect the parcel, the staffs are not aware who has the parcel among them. Are they dumb? Or they are not professional enough to sit on the chairs. And one female staff there is very rude. (I forgot to ask her name, Her good luck!)
