Hi guys, here I am sharing with you my own experience of Delhivery courier service.
Last month I ordered a pendant on Pipabella ( jewellery website) , they appointed Delivery for the shipment of the product.
The product shipped to the nearest hub to me in 2 days but after receiving the product at nearest hub they didn't attempt the delivery, even on the next day there was no sign of 'out for delivery'
Next day I contacted the Delhivery customer support, they apologised for the inconvenience and promised me guaranteed delivery by the next day, as per my expectation they didn't delivery the product even on next day and even after making promise.
So in the evening I requested for the self collection of product, they send me the address of the hub.
So the next day I went for self collection, after reaching at the given area I came to know that the address was not proper, mean they merged 3 addresses in one and they didn't even give contact no.
I spend around one hour faced many difficulties to find the hub, eventually I got at the right place, upon asking the executive that why didn't they attemp delivery in 4 days, he had no ans to my question!
Anyway took the product.
