My Daughter placed an order at bollywoodwear.com/ with the option of Cash on Delivery. The item was delivered by the Courier Boy named Danish Khan with Mobile No 9988765950 on 06-12-2018. When the Parcel was opened - we were shocked to find very very small cut pieces of new clothes packed in a Silky Bag. The Delivery Boy had called us to know the location and as such we could know his name and Mobile Number. We immediately alerted the delivery boy - not to part with the Cash on the Delivery amount of Rs.782-88 Paid by us. We also alerted the Courier Agency on their contact No.0124 671 9500 and email ID at contact@delhivery.com, customer.support@delhivery.com . The Courier Company informed us the name of the merchant as WOMEN EXPRESS with Mobile No 9499531824. There is no response from the merchant as they do not pick up the calls. Courier Company, Website Owner and the Merchant - all are Hands in Glove with one another to cheat the Clients by offering Bollywood Fashion Wear items at through away prices which are a temptation to the ladies and girls. The Courier Company has washed off its hand just by replying as under to our email;
"With reference to your email, we would like to inform you that as we are the logistics partner, we have delivered the same shipment against AWB number(2411610117821) which we had received from your merchant. We request you to contact your merchant(WOMEN EXPRESS-9499531824) for any further assistance."
They are still passing on the "Cash on Delivery" amounts to the CHEAT MERCHANT and despite our warning, they have refused to withhold the aishwaryasingh23ments to the Merchant - being collected by their Delhivery Boys and Girls. No Invoice or Bill is issued to the Clients. Delhivery is thus facilitating frauds and working for Fraud Merchants.
