Delhivery

I had ordered some electronic product online on Saholic.com on 11th June’2015. I was in an urgent need for this product and Saholic.com was the only one providing delivery within 2 days which is 13th June 2015.

After placing the order online, I got a message saying that the shipment has been made through Delhivery. I had never heard of this courier service and immediately googled it for the reviews. The reviews were not at all good and I was pretty scared that I might not get my shipment on time as I have a flight to catch on 13th June evening.

I have been following up through Delhivery’s customer service chat system since the dispatch of the courier. And I think I have been on their heads every 2 hours asking for updates. I must say that their customer care representatives are excellent because I was being very rude and they still kept their patience and assured me of the delivery on time.

And I also explained my situation online and they even passed on messages to the centres asking for priority service for this courier.

After all this I finally got the shipment delivered to me at around 3:00pm on 13th June. So delivery was on time with no hassle at all.

Only downside to this courier company is that they do not provide local branch office locations or contact details. Now one thing I clearly understand is that customer care representatives can only provide updates based on what they see in their systems and it is not their fault when they do not have certain details, but we as customers who are in urgent need of details sometimes lose it and tend to go mad at the staff.

Now I know if they give out contact details, then the guys at the branch will never get time to get off the phones and do any work which probably is why companies now do not give out branch details. But it would be great if we all could atleast get state wise head centre contact details to atleast speak to a supervisor and request for details during an emergency.

Apart from this excellent chatting service, good on time delivery.
