Delhivery

I had ordered 2 books from Amazon.in & just because one was fulfilled by Amazon, it was sent through Aramex & the other one which was not fulfilled by Amazon & sold by a 3rd party seller, it was sent by Delhivery. While the book sent through Aramex was delivered to me on the 3rd day, it took 5 days for Delhivery to deliver the book.

Pros:

1. Handling of the package was good

3. Good behavior by the delivery guy

Cons:

1. Late dispatch from the booking center

   
   




2. Website tracking updates are late

   
   




3. Shipping charge is higher than others

   
   

For higher shipping charge, it should provide faster service than usual delayed service. It is not satisfactory.

Update: I received my order from flipkart through Delhivery & it was delivered in 3 days. I think that’s good.
