This company should be called NoDelivery instead of Delhivery. I paid and ordered a product from Flipkart on Oct 7th. The delivery partner unfortunately was Delhivery. Till now, that is Oct 25th, I have not got the product. The online tracking shows "shipment in transit" for the past 7-8 days. No resolution yet. Flipkart should change this partner immediately if it wants to retain customers. As for this NoDelivery company, they can look into some other business. Initially I was thinking this is an one-off issue but looking into the online feedbacks, now I am worried if I will get my shipment at all and already planning how to get my money back?
