They seem to have become the favorite of online stores like snapdeal and babyoye. While they may have their systems in place(Eg: Sms that they send when a package is out for delivery is brilliant idea: 1 star for that!), but beyond that they have nothing to show:
One of my package was delivered 6 weeks late(infact it had been lost in transit!)
Another package from babyoye was returned back even after me calling their call centre to keep it for 1 day as we were not in town. Before we returned I got the message that the package was returned. Helloooo what more do you want me to do? sit at home for you?
Then they do not provide you the local office address or number: that way I can contact the local office, like I do for fedex, ekart, bluedart, dtdc. Finally I managed to get the office address and it was a pathetic place! Lots of delivery boys(while other courier guys atleast look a bit decent, some even official) these guys were looking more like goons and the way they were treating the packages, I was surprised people get packages from them!
Horrible! And now I have started placing requests to online sellers(after placing the order) not to send via delhivery
