Delivery by Delhivery?
Delivery by Delhivery experienced by me when I am and my friend is in Chandigarh going for 1 month coaching from chamba .
My frnd name shiv with which I am going.
So thi I can de decided to buy a memory card.
Flipkart shopping
So at last I can buy it from the best price at flipkart .when I can buy it it of in beat ooffers on flipkart is of 286 rs .So I can buy it on September month time .
Ws Retailers
The seller ws retailer are the big one seller of flipkart so it can send my memory card through the Delhivery prepaid
Delhivery prepaid
At the last the delhivery prepaid take my courier to Chandigarh because I am live in pg at Chandigarh for on e month for September .We are take coaching from CTDI institute for bank IBPS exam .
Delhivery Tracking
Delhivery tracking is not so good as can as have gojavas and blue dart courier service provider.I can track it can show only that it can left the courier counter from Delhi.
But aftr this there no time of tracking iss given how I can track .
At last I can send an email to the delhivery customer care email they can said that the courier us safe and will reach the exact time .
Courier How much time
At the last courier will reach at the main hub chandigarh .but at that time we are both I and my friend is in the institute and learning there.it takes 4 days to reach Delhi to Chandigarh means so much time taken by the courier service provider.
Courier Delivery
When the courier reach at the main office Chandigarh .They cannot calm me before delivery .but is this .The courier man can calm me when it reach my pg gate .but we are at that time in the institute and we are not free.so I can refuse him to deliver at that time and said to deliver it in after the 3pm .but he says that he can go another place so take it.
But suddenly our teacher came and I can cut the call immediately.
Which one to deliver
The courier partner deliver it to my room neighbourhood and I can gives the payment already through debit card.
When I and my frnd both reach at pg then we are surprised they courier is already given .but the pg cooks querraling with us that we are not for ur courier we have no time .
Other wise left the pg .we are get disturbed by uur order and many more.
We cannot give any response and go to room
I am very much angry and aggressive on the courier provider of delhiveryy.
My Opinion to Delhivery
1 pls make your service fast
2 add more features
3 sms or call before delivery
4 makes your service polite sand easy
5 deliver the courier only whom which one it has .
Its no doubt that uu are good but make it very good .
Ithink u give some attention on service and its facts and also uu become good in future
