I am very shocked with the recent service by a Delhi courier boy in Sarita Vihar. To say the fact the customer received the parcel which is sent by customer below. She paid an amount of Rs 6550 as COD and also tipped him with extra Rs 50. She did not open the parcel till now due to corona. It was delivered on Oct 3, 2020 at 9:40 AM.
The courier boy took the money of 6600 and updated the status as customer opened the parcel and refused to accept. Now he is updating the status as return initiated as he took off the shipping label from the parcel delivered to the customer ad now he is planning to pack trash in a new box and attach the original label or even xerox it and will return.

Beat the delivery boy so that he opens up about the fraud he committed, cheating the sellers if cod is there.
Just check how may people were cheated by your delivery boys. Hope I will get my hard earned money back after updating the status as delivered.
