This is worst customer service I had recieved till date from any other courier service till date. I had a product to be delivered today from DELHIVERY. As I got a message saying shipment is out for delivery hence I called to customer care since I am going out of home just now, I called the care and asked for the local office number or courier boy details so that I can contact him and ask him to come when ever I am at home or something like that . But your customer care is really damn worst they didnt even provided the local site number or delivery boy number and they are not even ready to help me in any where to get my courier at my place.
As I have experience with other courier services they are ready to provide me the local office or delivery boy details so that customer will not suffer. But here anyway customer is not the one who is using service its PAYTM who is using it so if customer is satisfied or not they will not have much difference in it.
Which is really very bad in terms of their customer service or customer satisfaction.
I spoken with both executive and senior manager but both are standing on same words not at all ready to resolve my issue, .
