Hello everyone. Here I would like to share my personal experience with Delhivery Courier. First of all I would like to tell you that, Recently I have ordered a Redmi Note 4 from MI. I have also purchased the same smartphone for my Brother. My order was shipped and handover to the Delhivery Courier. I have started to tracking the product. It was showing 7 days time period to get deliver. But within 4 days it is showing the location of Jaipur. I was happy that it will deliver now.
But it was showing out for delivery. I have waited but I did not receive the my Mobile. They make it reschedule, After next day also they did not deliver the product. I was really annoy on there service that time. Because now it is in almost my location, but still they are not attempt delivery. But there they are showing the delivery attempt failed. After next day, it was last date of delivery I was waiting for it.
But they did not deliver the product. And they also send the message of deliver. I was shock, because my payment in Prepaid. I just make the complaint. After next day, they deliver the product safely to me. But if I did not make complaint then they did not deliver the product. They shoud not show the deliverd before completing the deliver. I would never recommended this. Because they have poor and slow service.
