Business account worst service

I wish I can give you zero rating, I have a business account I am highly disappointed by your services, fragile items are not handled with care, broken products are not reimbursed, the package is charged over and the complains are not handled with solution providing orientation rather you create a problem for small business. You will be asked for proof of broken products after 2 weeks or more and delhivery team can’t see the damaged products which you and your customer easily see with the naked eye, Delhivery team will ask you for video and photo which you have to ask to your customers after 2 weeks. Almost irritating is they do have customer care number but no one is free to receive a call even if you hold for 2 hours on call. they are wasting people time.
