Customer Service & Delivery Service is very poor. Following are the reasons -
These guys delay the keep the parcel. They keep it at their warehouse for a few days for no reason. You can see the attached picture for proof.
These guys don’t share the number of their delivery boys in the message which they sent for intimation that the product is out for delivery. As a result you cant coordinate with the Delivery Boy
Delivery Boys don’t come to delivery and simply say that address not found and number not reachable. Customer Service will blatantly believe them.
These guys dont share the number of local warehouse where you can go and collect the parcel.
Ultimately, everything is in their hand. They have your details but you dont have their details.I ended up wasting 3 days for a product
