It was the worst experience visiting Delightz Inn Resort. I planned to spend a weekend with my wife in ooty so booked this resort, when I visit the resort there was no power . manager over there told to wait for 30 min, which continued till 6 Pm in evening. still no power . on asking everytime they were telling plz wait for another few min. Finally they switched the power . No intercom working, very poor room service, poor food quality .
And after sometime one of staff told power will go again after 10 pm since there is no power supply . It was not acceptable. Same repeated next day morning after 9 am .
My question to resort management is electricity is one of very basic thing for which every resort or hotel should have power backup . I booked the hotel for 2 nights by paying a huge amount . but had to leave the hotel staying 1 day only because of their poor service . I asked for refund . they said they cant refund the product . I Made a bad decision to visit the resort by seeing the reviews . but kindly you dont choose this resort to spoil your trip .
