Excellent staff; good rooms. Awesome location.Overall, this is a good hotel. The staff go out of their way to ensure that all aspects of your stay are well-taken care of. The rooms are nice but all rooms face abandoned neighbouring buildings.Room service is pretty fast.For each and every guest they take special attention and make sure they are fine with the service.The breakfast buffet is amazing.will be visiting again.one of the best hotels in ooty.
