Axim X5 is Dell’s first attempt at the PDA market. Both the high end and the low end will be marketed with the name Axim X5. Dell hopes to gain a margin of this market and meet our customers needs. The Axim X5 will be marketed to the home, small business, and corporate customers. The Axim X5 is designed with many features including, calendar, contact list, e-mail. Pocket Word, Pocket Excel, MSN Messenger, and many more.
The Axim X5 at RTS will offer a low end and a high end model. The higher end model will offer more on board memory, a faster CPU clock speed, and a USB cradle. Many accessories will be offered with the Axim X5 including Blue Tooth, 802.11b Wireless, Margi Presenter-to-Go, Keyboard, and Memory.
