I’ve been using one of these for several months now and I must say that it has turned out to be my best friend during business travel. The best part about Dell was that I was able to personalize my laptop right over at their website. This was something I didn’t quite see at other popular vendor’s sites. Even when I did see, the experience wasn’t as good as Dell’s.
I’m also impressed by Dell’s customer support. But I doubt that they can be contacted 24x7, I mean that their working hours are fixed i.e. morning till evening. But as far as the product is concerned I think I made the right choice, it’s looks, it’s performance are just excellent. The fact that you can custom build it and it delivers on performance brings me to the conclusion that it’s great value for money. I have no hesitation in recommending it to anyone who’s looking for value for money and good support too.
